Pot Luck Dinner begins on September 11, 2019 at 5:30

Followed by the Great Litany from the Book of Common Prayer at approximately 6:00pm

The Prayers of the Great Litany will be followed by a discussion of the Great Litany from approximately 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

All are welcome, come for all or come for just a portion, as we pray for state of our selves and for the state of the world, ask the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, — Creator, Redeemer, Sanctifier — the holy blessed, and glorious Trinity, one God: Have mercy upon us.

This will also be a great time to learn more about the Great Litany, a staple of the one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, since its beginnings.  In fact the Great Litany could be said to take its form from Hebrew Psalm #136 and from other Old Testament Psalms requesting deliverance from evil.  So join us in prayer with all the Host of heaven as we make petitions to our Great and Triune God!
